Dance classes:
- ½ hour classes = $30.00 per month
- 45 minute classes = $48.00 per month
- ½ hr. Private (Solo) Lesson = $25.00 per session
- ½ hr. Duet (Semi Private) = $18.00 each student per session
- ½ hr. Trio = $18.00 each student per session
- Note: Only recreational solo / duet / trio’s are prorated
Gymnastics:
- 45min. class = $50.00 per month
Discounts:
- Family Discount = 5% Sibling discount
- Individual Student Discount – 5% off of tuition per month for any additional 45min. class (This does not apply to ½ hr. classes)
- Please Note: = Only one of the above discounts can be used per family.
- Pay for 3 months = 5% discount
Payment policy:
TUITION –
is paid monthly. Tuition is due by the 1st. of every month. If tuition is not received by the 5th., a late fee of $10.00 will apply. If tuition is not paid by the 10th. A late charge of $20.00 will apply. You also have the option to have Auto – Pay. A new form must be filled out for Auto Pay every year and can be filled out at the front desk. This form will go into our files and your monthly tuition will be taken out automatically by the 5th. Of every month. Once you pay for a month of classes you are financially committed to that month of classes. If you would like to drop or cancel a class you must provide in writing 30 days prior to dropping to not incur the next month tuition. You will receive a family discount or a multi class discount for recreational students only, if this applies to your registration. In addition you will be responsible in paying a RECITAL FEE
of $90.00 – which includes two Recital tickets, one Recital Program Booklet and a photography fee. This RECITAL FEE will be due by February 1st. Tuition
is a flat fee per month and not prorated. COSTUME DEPOSIT – A costume deposit of $25.00 per routine/recreational class is required
when you register for classes. This deposit is nonrefundable, however will go towards the balance of your costume fee.
BAD WEATHER (Snow Days)
– If bad weather is in the area, WE DO NOT CLOSE IF SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED. Please call the studio to check if classes are in session. The decision to cancel will be decided by 12:00noon. If we have to close due to bad weather, you will be allowed to do a make – up in any other class throughout the year. I will also post any closings on our Facebook page. We do not credit classes for missed or canceled days due to weather.
Cancellation of Solo’s, Duets or Trios
– If you are unable to make your Solo, Duet, or Trio during your scheduled time and have to cancel, you must email me at KLKMDA@aol.com so I can notify the teacher that you have your session with. If we do not receive any notification of cancellation, no make–up will be scheduled, and no credit will be given
If the teacher has to cancel your session we will notify you. We always try to re-schedule these sessions if canceled, however it is not always possible.
